quuquui February 5, 2010: Jones Double Reed Products I recently started using Jones Medium reeds as a convenience. I must say that the last three have all been excellent right after a good soak. I’m only an intermediate player but I love the way they sound so far. I will continue...Support open education with the Neoclassical Theme.

if you are just starting maybe these reeds are for you. anyone above high school level i really don’t recommend these.
I bought a medium soft Kestrel reed – was my favourite reed as I developed my embouchure but has quickly become very soft! Still has a pleasant tone although gets quite furry sounding in the low register.
